3 roof rust areas recently cut out and sealed with Rust etch as a temporary stop to the rust. Otherwise the roof and gutters are in great condition. I do not plan on fixing this.

Buyer will be able to start the engine once oil pan is put back on or you can save me the work and pick it up asap.
