Current customer rating:
Buying a house and we have to get rid of some toys. We love this car but have to let it go. Its in great driving condition and it looks awesome. I had the Muncie transmission completely rebuilt last summer by a professional at a well established transmission shop (all bills available). Also. I changed the starter as the old one was getting a bit worn out. I just sent it to a professional mechanic to make sure the motor is up to snuff before I sell it. He's changing motor oil and differential oil and checking that the cooling system is in good working condition.
We use that GTO for our Sunday drives and put maybe 50 miles per year on the car. if that. She's a garage queen but when she gets out. we always get the thumbs up and people coming to talk to us about the car. She's not showroom condition as she has some small imperfections on the paint but one has to look closely to notice it. The look is overall very nice and the paint job is quality. From what I was told. the car was completely restored by the previous owner about 15 years ago. She's a very solid and healthy car and doesnt have any rust.
I got all the PHS papers about the car. It was assembled in Pontiac. Michigan and first sold at a dealership in Indiana. The engine doesn't have the matching numbers but it is a real 400 ci from a 67 GTO. It has the 4 barrel carb.
As you can see on the pictures. its a very clean and solid car. I ever you're interested. I also have a few videos of her on the road and idling to give you an idea of her sound.
If you have any questions. don't hesitate to contact me. it'll be my pleasure to answer it!
