1971 LHD Westfalia Tin Top

Bodywork
Stripped to bare metal shell. new battery tray and primed and re-painted in the correct colour for model and year. Paint Code L90D. Using Sikkens meterial inside and out including engine bay. all cavities and box sections waxoyled and protected. All new window rubber and door seals with lifetime guarantee from Westcoast Metric.

Suspension and steering
New ball joints. track rod ends. draglink. steering damper. brake master cylinder. flexi hoses. handbrake cables. wheel cylinders. hoes and pads+calipers. new front and rear wheel bearings and seals. new shock absorbers. re-furbished steering column and couplings and steering wheel.

Engine/Gearbox
Fully re-conditioned 1600 Twin port with new oil cooler. EMPI carb. new coil+leads. new starter motor. clutch. Bosch battery. re-conditioned gearbox with new mountings. fully serviced and tuned.

Wheels & tyres
Five powder coated rims. five white wall tyres.

Interior
New re-production Westfalia cabinets. sink unit incorporating fidge unit. UK hookup. leisure battery. new two piece flooring with 30 year covering. full leather Newton Commercial. uffolk Recliners with inertia belts. new seat belts in rear. Westcoast Metric rubber flooring and seat stands. modern foil backed insulation from front to rear.

Electric Upgrades
Alternator conversion. heated fron screen. radio CD with IPod connection. LCD TV with DVD player. working fridge on leisure battery or UK hook up. Double interior 3-pin socket to power kettle and toaster etc.
