This restored DUKW has been modified but not altered from original.
Engine. transmission. and transfer case are original
Modifications include upgraded carburetor and ignition system
Electric bilge pumps in addition to original pumps.
Electrical system has been converted to 12 volts with 100 amp alternator.
Electronic dash controls entire electrical system independently with re-settable circuit breakers and isolation switches
All new wiring
Lights upgraded to 12 V
Added turn signals. and boat navigation lights.
AB battery switch (B backup battery wired but not installed.
Amp. voltmeter. oil pressure. and temp gauges are new.
The ship has been used in parades and fundraisers.
Licensed for highway use.
Licensed and numbered for water use.
