I'M HAPPY TO ANSWER QUESTIONS. BUT PLEASE READ THE FULL DESCRIPTION FIRST!

You are looking at a 1959 VW Split screen pickup.   I bought this last year in the USA and shipped it home.   I had planned to keep it and drive it daily. but have just completed my split screen camper project and don't have it in me right now to do another one! (plus I think my wife would divorce me)

My loss will be your gain.   This is a 1959 truck. so is MOT and road tax exempt.   Technically you could throw in an engine. do the brakes and some rudimentary welding and have a rolling. road legal project vehicle.   The truck. however. does need a fair bit of attention and the following will need replaced: Sills both sides. a few outriggers and jacking points and 1 crossmember.   The drivers front floor corner will also need doing.   The lower front is dented. but not rusty. may be able to be pulled out.

This came from south Dakota originally and has some filler all round in the arches and rear corners.   The long outer sill is home made and screwed on.   There is no engine.   It is a project vehicle. please come and take a look.   The bus comes with a California title and all paperwork to show customs paid so you can register it with a dateless pre A plate.

Has been repainted on the outside at some point. but burned off with the sun to show wonderful patina - would look great as it is as a work truck.   I have front windscreens and rubbers. correct outer front door handles x2. original horn push there. although in bits.   Will come with roller wheels AND TYRES!! Rolls fine - have A-framed it 15 miles to store it.
