Truck was in Kuwait during it's career. Embarkation sticker still on dashboard.
1972 AM General 2. 5 ton military truck (deuce and a half) M 35. Paint is camouflage. Hercules multi-fuel engine. non-turbo charged (have turbo and manifold to go with truck).
Truck is up and running. It is routinely in parades throughout the year. Was recently in the local St. Patrick's Day Parade.
5 speed transmission. hi/lo range. Truck starts and runs great. Was rebuilt by government prior to selling. Can be driven anywhere. Clutch is in good shape. Good brakes. new front wheel cylinders. Tires good with some mild cracking. Front right wheel as mild leak on grease seal. Has crack in passenger side window. Frame rusted on both windshields. Side windows are fine.
Rear sliding window - rusted frame but can be opened.
Mild dent in cab roof.
All lights work.
Interior good with mild rust on the floor. No heater. Basic truck.
Truck needs good home. could be easily restored.
Selling it due to lack of time to take care of it and want someone who appreciates it to have it.
