1960 morris mini. cherry red with period speedwell modifications. rebored 850 engine. speedwell spec cylinder head. speedwell twin carbs. cooper front discs and speedwell remote gearshift. restall front seats. its not really a "BARN FIND" because I knew it was there all along. unused for some time but dry stored during this period. it still starts and drives and sounds great. this is one of the first mini's ever built. first registered in feb 1960. still has all the early features. non recessed windows. flat sills etc.

Generally in very good condition. I would be willing to put on 12 months mot as I know it will pass easily. runs and drives fantastic. an excellent and authentic example of a period 1960's mini. this is the forerunner to the mini cooper which was introduced in 1962. some history on file. the mini was dry stored for many years in the 1980's until around year 2000.
