Hi guys thanks for looking at my 1990 mini checkmate. I am just testing the water with this advert and I am in no rush to sell what so ever. I have not used the car in ages and have no plans to in the near future hence the reason I am selling. I have owned the car for around 5 years and the car is on about 62000 miles. I have only done about 500 miles since I've had it. When I brought the car I stripped it. it's had an absolute fortune spent on it (thousands if I am honest) new front end. sills. inner outer all the usual panels changed and a respray. Top end engine rebuild. clutch. stage one kit. fast road cam. Monaco pro seats which I used to drive to the mot station and that is it so they are brand new. also new carpets loads of stuff I've missed but please call for more info and pictures. It has also got fully adjustable suspension with brand new Tyres that have done about 50 mile if that. Now here comes the project part. the car has no MOT and foolishly just after I mot'd last time I took the rear subframe out to be powder coated and never ended up putting it back. so basically the car is complete however the rear subframe requires rebuilding and putting back into the car. The NSF wheel bearing requires either adjusting or replacing although the bearing is new ! That's it really but you obviously need to come and see the car it is in my secure lock up that I rent out. so it's dry with the rear jacked up on axle stands. it hasn't been started in a while. I'm a genuine 26 year old I work in the trade I have nothing to hide and just want a genuine sale to someone who can use the car as I intended but never got round to doing. As the car stands I would like 2500 or nearest offer. with a weekends work you could get it mot'd. Thanks again for looking. please call if interested.
