1969 Checker Marathon A12W for sale

I purchased this checker oct 2011 at an estate auction in La Salle. Co. The Wagon was bought from dealership in Denver in 1969 and was used by a school teacher for her daily drive. Her daughter told me that the engine was redone and that her Mother was the only owner.
Since purchase I have done the following:
Replaced front floor sheet metal. tires . ew brakes. new fuel pump. rear trans seal.

The body does have some rust(see Pictures) and could use new seat covers. The engine seems to be a chev. 327 but i'm not positive. Has A/c but not hooked up. Was repainted brown from the original Sorrento Blue.

According to my mechanic the engine and auto trans are in good condition.
