1969 Checker Marathon A12W for sale

I purchased this checker oct 2011 at an estate auction in LaSalle. Co. The Wagon was bought from dealership in Denver in 1969 and was used by a school teacher for her daily drive. Her daughter told me that the engine was redone and that her Mother was the only owner.
Since purchase I have done the following:
Replaced front floor sheet metal. tires . ew brakes. new fuel pump. rear trans seal.  
The body does have some rust(see Pictures) and could use new seat covers. The engine seems to be a chev. 327 but i'm not positive. Has A/c but not hooked up. Was repainted brown from the original Sorrento Blue.
 According to my mechanic the engine and auto trans are in good condition.
Car is located in Longmont. CO
