There aren't many Classic Checkers left in this excellent condition. This 1965 Checker Marathon has been family owned since the day it was purchased from the dealer in March of 1965. The current owner is the second owner and has owned this beauty since '95.
The body is in near perfect condition with no dents and only a couple of minor scratches. The back seat is in perfect original condition and the front seat has been re-upholstered but not with the original material. The engine runs but needs some TLC as it has been in storage for quite a while. This ol' beauty has only been trailer for the last three years as I have moved out of the area. The Chev. straight 6 cyl. 235 cu. in. engine is the oem original as is all equipment including factory a/c.
