Selling a 1956 Rover p 4 90 2. 6 . showing 98000 miles . tarts and runs extremley well. starts all weathers at a touch very good engine and gearbox. speed with syncro on top 3 gears same owner last 14 years stored for many years after owner passed away . tarted first time with a set of plugs and new battery . got it firing in minutes . has now had new brake cylinder . plus radiator and a set of hoses. also track rod end rubbers. and new oil and filter otherwise every thing else seems fine. It is in need of further restoration . although the bodywork is original and pretty sound it will need further restoration. the sides and boot lid will need paint work depending on how you wish to improve the old girl. The bumpers will need rechroming particularly the front middle section . The interior is very good in red leather . has some wear to seats and a small tear on the corner of the rear seat. but easily repairable is in good original order for nearly 60 years of age . the head lining and the door panels are in excellent condition. as is the oak trim woodwork. tyres are good . and is a classic that can actualy be used and driven while improved over time .
