Unfortunately I am putting up for sale my beautiful Triumph Stag. I have had this lovely example of this classic car for 7 years. When I bought it the car was not cared for. Bodywork was yellow and in very poor condition.

Since then I have done a FULL body re-spray to a extremely high standard. I have spent thousands of pounds and so many hours making this car look and run like it does today. I have listed many of the things I have done over the years. I have all receipts and loads of previous m. o. t's with the car.

. Full bare metal re-spray with pearlescent blue paint

. Re-con soft top frame and brand new mohair hood in dark blue

. 5 New tyres and brilliant condition wheels

. Water pump with low mileage radiator and hoses

. Converted to manual with overdrive from auto in 1999 by heart racing and brand new clutch

. Twin strombergs on the V 8 serviced and tuned by specialist E. J WARD of Leciester

. New chrome bumper on rear and new twin headlights

. Full set of front new seat foams (not fitted but come with the car)

. Stainless exhaust system looking almost new

Have various parts that come with the car including alloy wheel and hard top (yellow and needs re-conditioning) but have way too many to list.

Finished in beautiful pearl graphite blue paintwork this triumph stag I am told is quite impressive. The gleaming paintwork suffers no failing what so ever but under close inspection there is some micro-blistering to some of the paintwork. however this does not detract from the cars overall good looks. I also have many invoices from a number of different suppliers for replacement parts which include uprated radiator. clutch. exhaust. electricals and service paperwork included.

I HAVE LOVED THIS CAR EVER SINCE I HAVE OWNED IT AND WILL NOT SELL TO SOMEBODY WHO I THINK WILL TREAT THE CAR ANY LESS THAN I WOULD.

I am looking for £7000 for this beautiful example. Please do not view unless you intend to buy and the car will not be driven without proof of insurance. I will drive you otherwise. I would like a £200 non-refundable deposit preferably cash or bank transfer shortly after the sale followed by the rest of the money within 7 days of auction end.
