Seller's notes: For the age of the vehicle it is in very good condition having benefitted from caring owners who have maintained it to a high standard as can be seen by the history details below, but please remember it is a 20 year old vehicle which has been used hence there will be some marks on the paint (stone chips etc), no obvious dents, no major corrosion present having been subject to restoration in 2010 by Derek's Mini Centre. Very light corrosion (little finger nail sized) present on near side a-panel and near side scuttle, and (thumb nail sized) on the off side scuttle panel. Although having only covered 3.5k miles since it is last service it is probably now due. See details for further vehicle information.

Sadly this lovely looking little mini is up for sale due to a change in personal circumstances.
Since purchasing the vehicle on the 28 th September 2014 it has mainly be laid up in the garage during which time the MOT lapsed while finding time to fit a number of items as follows:-
Adjustable tie bars & bushes. hi-lo's (x 4). dampers (x 4). knuckles (x 4). adjustable lower arms & bushes. bump stops. damper bracket. cone springs (x 4). longer track rod ends. radius arm repair kit (x 2). steering rack gaiter (x 2).
Original style KN Minator 10” wheels that I found on ebay that had been stored unused for over 20 years which have the more period looking lip than the trendy machined finish available in recent years.
These were fitted with Yokohama 10/165/70 A 008 tyres. and the correct wheel nuts (original fitment 12” steel wheels & tyres included in sale).
To fit the 10” wheels I sourced some Specialist Components Monoblock calipers (£432. 00) which after a lot of research seemed to offer the best product. and the required Cooper ‘S' drive flanges. 7. 5” brake discs. braided brake hoses. mintex M 1144 brake pads.
For the age of the vehicle it is in very good condition having benefitted from caring owners who have maintained it to a high standard as can be seen by the history details below. but please remember it is a 20 year old vehicle which has been used.
You may wish to raise the vehicle slightly (easily done using the hi-lo's) to avoid clearance issues however I found it suited my partner and I.
Vehicle sailed through its MOT in January this year with
no
advisories.
Current mileage is 39263 miles. which is unlikely to change significantly since the vehicle is not in regular use.

Original V 5 present showing 1 st owner details when purchased by second owner. who then owned the vehicle for nearly 17 years.
There are 23 road fund license tax discs present from 8 th April 1999 to the last tax disc application made on 25 th March 2014. varying in 6-12 month fees.

Since the paintwork has been completed. in places some micro blistering of the finish has occurred.
I don't find that it is overly apparent. and it is difficult to show in any photographs.
