1958 Austin Lancer for sale

1958 Austin Lancer. engine just reconditioned with everything new. 20" over with 55 lbs oil pressure with smiths gauge to prove it. Engine machined by HB Sales Newcastle  & cylinder reco'd by Headman Newcastle. Fully reconditioned radiator. new hoses . water pump & clutch kit. Reco'd perfect 1 1/2" SU carbies with MGB air filters. Gearbox has a slight oil leak but factory BMC gasket kit included. 92800 original miles. gearbox syncro's are fine and the diff is quiet. It has a telescopic rear shock conversion and all new brakes with stainless steel sleeves. Good tyres with stainless trims fitted and a brand new spare. The interior is all but original. will require a new headlining as old one has marks on it. There is a small amount of rust in the rear guard. that's all I can find. Has been resprayed some time ago which is still an OK job. Interior fitted with all new dash switches from a Morris Minor with a pearl steering wheel. The car is fitted with good chrome work.
