You are bidding on a World War II General Electric (GE) 1942 A 60" carbon arc searchlight and 1942 GE 16. 5 k W generator mounted on a 1959 Ford C 600 flat-bed truck (that's what the title says). Everything runs great and is road worthy for driving to your place of keeping.

I have plenty of extra carbon rods (both new and partially used). and some extra components for the searchlight positive and negative feeders. and oil filters for the Hercules generator engine. Near new items on the truck include: carburetor. fuel pump. fuel lines. master cylinder. brake vacuum booster and alternator.

The GE generator drive engine (Hercules JXD) has had the alternator refurbished and fuel lines replaced (fuel is delivered via non-OEM electric fuel pump). (Ethanol gas is awful on vintage equipment!) Send me questions if you have them.
