The successful winning bidder will receive an email with instructions on completing the purchase. Remember your e Bay obligations. Do not send an offer until you are committed to purchasing. We require a deposit of $500 within 24 hours after the end of auction. This deposit is nonrefundable unless the vehicle fails the buyer's personal inspection or pre-purchase inspection from a qualified facility. We accept credit cards (maximum $2. 00. 00 USD). financing with our lenders. outside financing. money order. cashier's check. and personal checks. Personal checks must clear before any vehicle(s) will be released. The remaining balance (USD) must be paid in full within 7 days after the end of auction. Please understand that if you are an out of state buyer who decides to use a financing option provided by Roger Beasley Auto Group. we will not ship your vehicle until the lien holder has funded the deal. This process may take 3 or more days due to paperwork and stipulations required by lender. Out of state buyers who use one of Roger Beasley Auto Group's financing options and personally come to our store to sign a contract buyer will be able to take delivery the same day. Once a deposit is placed on a vehicle we reserve the right to inspect the vehicle within 48 hours for a post-sale inspection. Once the vehicle has been inspected post-sale then the buyer can arrange for a post-sale inspection. Due to unforeseen recommended repairs. additional time may be required to prepare the vehicle for sale.

We have disclosed as much information as possible about our vehicles through pictures and written descriptions. All buyers are required to verify the condition of the vehicle they are buying. Unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. all vehicles are sold AS-IS WITH NO WARRANTY. The mileage on the vehicle. upon delivery. will not exactly match the mileage shown in the advertisement due to test drives. inspections etc. Not all vehicles were acquired with two keys and owner's manuals. Some of our vehicles come with a seven year. 100. 00 mile limited powertrain warranty. Eligible vehicles are clearly marked with a banner on the first photograph. This is valid for repairs at any dealership owned and operated by Roger Beasley Imports in Central Texas. It is the responsibility of the owner to deliver the vehicle to any of the dealerships for any repairs covered by the warranty policy.
