This is a 1959 BWM Isetta 300 Tropical Door model that has undergone a complete ground up restoration leaving nothing unrestored. It has many upgrades to improve drivability. including my rear end relocation kit to line up the driveshaft. along with heavy duty drive couplings that will transfer 160 hp (something the Isetta will NEVER do). poly urethane steering bushings. new upgraded fuel valve. and my modern charging and starting upgrade to solid state. New wiring harness. all new rubber for the windows. ultra leather side panels that match the original grey colored panels. The seat is made from the original pattern weave for that perfect finish. This car not only looks absolutely perfect. but it drives the same. Once it is broken in. it should be able to hit 60 mph. All new exhaust system. The chain case and front hubs run sealed bearings so there will never be a leak stain on the driveway or show room. All new brakes. not rebuilt ones. New Coker wide white wall tires and new hubcaps from Germany. There is absolutely nothing left to do to this Isetta except enjoy it and win lots of car shows. Before the paint went on it was stripped to bare metal and undercoated with Rhyno-Liner. the stuff they used to protect the beds of trucks.
