The Morris Minor is the quintessential British classic car and this is a good usable example.

The documentation file contains copies of two previous V5 log books that date back to 1980 when the car was ten years old showing that it has spent most of it's life close to us in the Wakefield area.

It has been owned by a couple from Rothwell since 1991 and the history file contains 17 previous MOT certificates and numerous invoices that show that over £5000 has been spent on it during their ownership to maintain it and keep it in the condition that we see today.

It has spent the last five years in storage and so it has recently been recomissioned for the road.

A new complete clutch has been fitted and the brakes overhauled with new brake cylinders and shoes. It has received a new battery and new solonoid. the engine has been serviced and the underside has been treated to a coat of waxoyle to help protect it in the future

A new carpet set has been fitted to improve the interior.

It has an MOT until May 2014 and the Free Historic Road Tax that runs until the end of May 2014 is on the windscreen.

It could be used for the daily drive to work but would be equally happy just to be driven to any of the classic car rallies that are held throughout the year.
