New tires. wheels. brakes. exhaust. radiator. hoses. master cylinder. starter. clutch. brake booster. seat. rebuilt transmission and hydraulic pump.
Cab rusted out but I have a 1958 identical cab on a 1 1/2 ton truck that is in nearly perfect condition.
