Presented for auction is this 1977 Pontiac Can Am Lemans Sport Coupe Edition. it is a true rare find.
The Pontiac Can Am is a midsize muscle car built by Pontiac and based on the Pontiac Le Mans and the Pontiac Grand Am . The Can Am was a special edition option package and was only available in 1977. It was named for the Can Am racing series. continuing the race theme used for the Pontiac Grand Prix . Le Mans and Trans Am .
The number of Can Ams produced has never been accurately determined. but the number most commonly used is 1. 77.
This Can Am Runs and Drives as good as a new car.
The 6. 6 liter engine has been rebuilt in the early 2000 s and has a wicked lope to it.
Only GM or OEM parts were used.
The 400 Transmission shifts with ease.
All gauges. lights. radio. A/C work with the exception of the dash clock. Original jack and spare are also included.
All interior is original to the car.
Normal wear and tear is to be expected for a car of this age.

The exterior of the car has had one repaint in the late 90 s.
With the exception of two areas on the passenger side. the car is near perfect.
These areas are shown in the pics.
The Can Am is a great head turner and has gotten a lot of attention at area shows based on its rarity.
It is a comfortable car to ride in and has been on several day trips with much success.
