1991 Classic Mini Mayfair Red with spotlights, recently rebuilt MOT for sale

Today I am selling my beloved 1991 Mini Mayfair 998 cc which I have owned for the past 5 years. The mini is in perfect working order and has had so much work (professionally) has been put into it - for example. it's had a new stereo system installed (with cd and an aux input for iPod/mp3/phone). a Stage one kit (useful for motorways and makes it more economical to drive at 70!). new spotlights. seats. dashboard. carpets and a wooden steering wheel. It was also completely rebuilt a couple of years ago with £2000 spent on new floors and sills - a complete picture documentation showing how it was rebuilt comes with the sale and can be provided upon request if you contact me.  
It is based in Quorn (Leicestershire) so feel free to have a look before you buy. MOT and Tax until December 2013. Asking price is £3000 which I consider very reasonable with the amount of work put into it.
