1968 Dodge Dart GTS

RESTORED this year back to original condition. Motor and transmission have matching numbers. this is a true P code car!. posi traction 83/4 with a 391 rear gear. Disc brake from factory up front with excellent drum brake in rear. This is a true console car from factory. Bucket seats. it is a true V 1 X VYNEL top car as well. also New. New QQ 1 B 7 paint. The original factory color Some times called Bahama Blue Poly blue paint. This car is a true black plate California car and had never left California until I flew out there a bought it and had it shipped here to Florida. Excellent and all original body panels. Chrome headers. igh rise manifold. emon 850 double pumper carburater with braided stainless lines. Chrome Mopar valve covers. Original Factory Correct radiator. The motor has been gone through completely and is a very strong motor with over 375 horse power. It has a 727 torqflight 3 speed automatic transmission that I usually shift when I drive it but occasionally I will just put it in drive and let the smooth automatic take over. I take great pride in restoring my collection of cars to as close to factory as I can and on some occasions I will add items that will inhance the performance but never affect the factory appearance if possible. During the restoration process I always lean to using totally original or NOS parts. This vehicle is very clean and sharp looking and sounds increadable due to the factory correct dual exhaust. By no means is this a 100 point show car but it is very very nice. The exhaust ends are correct factory chrome tips. The car is wearing 14 inch Mopar rallye wheels on Goodyear tires that are stager with a slightly larger width in rear. it has the Mopar pen star in the correct location. There is a digital water temp gauge and a digital oil pressure gauge set into the d ASh along with all the original factory gauges. Totally new Black fitted loop carpet molded fit. it is a true bumble bee stripe car. here are the cars codes . This is a really beautiful eye catching mopar correctly done and looking like it just left the factory in Los Angeles California in 1968. It does have a full size spare tire with matching Rallye rim and trim ring with correct center hub that matches the other four around the car.

The car has the correct dual thumb wheel radio. The rear axle still has the correct original factory markings on it. This car also has rear air shocks that you can adjust.
