This is an auction for my 1968 Lotus Elan Plus 2. It has not been used for the last 32 years & was partially dismantled many many years ago.
Some parts have been lost (nothing drastic) but it is virtually complete & ready for a total rebuild/restoration.
The engine is stripped & appears to be very good. It has been bored to +30 thou. There are no marks or steps on the bore & it turns over very freely.
Any inspection is welcome. The car moves easily(I have freed the brakes).
Delivery can be arranged just send your postcode & I will get a quote.
There is NO RESERVE but it is advertised elsewhere & if bidding is slow or non existent it will be withdrawn.
These cars are getting quite rare & should make a good investment.

The V 5 is here & it is registered in my name.
The chassis no. is 135. according to the Elan Register there are only 7 older Elan Plus 2 cars (type 50) known to them.
Because of the sudden surge in bidding this car will be staying on here & will not be withdrawn.
There is no buy it now price.
