Offered for sale by Barons Classic Car Auctioneers at auction on Tuesday 14th December, at Sandown Park Racecourse, Esher, KT10 9AJ

A 1967 Lotus Elan +2 presented in Lotus Carnival Red with black interior. It is a UK supplied car, and is fitted with knock-on wheels, which have been fully refurbished. The car has had a partial overhaul carried out by dedicated Lotus restoration team, Maidstone Sports Cars. Works included a new clutch, a new radiator, new carburettors, new moulding, new brakes, new tyres, and a repaint and re-chrome using official Lotus paint in Carnival Red. All parts used were genuine Lotus parts.

The vendor states that the car has had an official Lotus service. It comes with sales invoices, old MOT's, and the original log book. The car has been recently MOT'd. The car comes from a female owner, and she says that it has been driven with love! This is a nice, useable example of a very early Elan +2.
