Example of the 80's Eastern European Cars. The Polski Fiat 126 P was a very popular Micro Car It was capable of carrying 4 adult if they fit !

A bit of History on this little one

The 126 used much of the same mechanical underpinnings and layout as its Fiat 500 rear-engined predecessor with which it shared its wheelbase. but featured an all new body shell resembling a scaled-down Fiat 127. also enhancing safety.

Engine capacity was increased from 594 cc to 652 cc at the end of 1977 when the cylinder bore was increased from 73. 5 to 77 mm. Claimed power output was unchanged at 23 hp (17 k W). but torque was increased from 39 N·m (29 lb·ft) to 43 newton metres (32 lb·ft). [

We recently get this little one from a new source. unfortunately they did not do the quality on the paint we accustomed to . we got no time to fix it . Our loss is your gain !

Then the little body was painted with Yellow Exterior paint recently as you can see it did not came out great. also the color is a bit of . The Little Car needs a little amount of TLC.

The interior is all original nice condition . Some crack on the top of the rear seat also one on the steering wheel .

Front and rear suspension is in original great shape !

Brake system is in excellent working condition.

The engine had a recent tune up which included

new spark plugs . new cap . new wires .

The Little Car looks nice . drives Great but No waiting time like it was 5 years in the Communist Eastern Europe where this little Micro car was really popular and was on many more people's Christmas List ( For Many Years it was on top of my LIST ! ) than the number of production. this way whoever had it felt really privileged.
