     RARE OPPORTUNITY !!!    LIBERACE'S CAR  Model 876  (1935 Auburn)

     Serial #CCC76 (California Custom Coach). This car was owned by Liberace and was custom built for him in 1976. During 1950-1970 Liberace was one of the most famous and highest paid entertainer in the world. He played primarily classical and popular music. hosted his own TV Variety series and toured all over the world. In later years he was Las Vegas's most popular performer. Typically his shows were sold out. He is known worldwide as an incredible pianist and for his over the top performances which included; flamboyant costumes. ornate pianos. his trademark candelabras and his AMAZING cars. This Auburn was used in his Las Vegas show. The car originally had a 1 gallon gas tank to meet Nevada fire codes so he could make his grand entrances onto the stage with it. A full size gas tank has been added to the car. I purchased the car at Liberace's estate "The Cloisters" in Palm Springs CA. in 1990.
(Liberace passed away in 1987). The car has it's original paint of Crimson Red with gold coach lining and burgundy wings.  The interior is red leather. The car has a radio/cassette. power brakes and power steering. The car features a rear lockable rear side door compartment. dual spot lights. rear hinged doors. convertible canvas top and chrome spoke wheels. Condition: The car is original. It has not been restored.  The tires have been replaced . as tank added and a top was made for it. Great piece of history for collector or weekend driver.
