Electrical System Converted to 12 V
Very rare opportunity to acquire a limited production model of the Traction Avant Commerciale. It was re-introduced in 1954 so there were only 3 years of very limited production. It features a very large rear trunk lid. outside hinged at the top of the lid to allow entry to the rear storage area. The rear door is quite large and the rear seat feels like a limousine LWB vehicle. As well. many were fitted with rear seats that would fold down to allow full access from the trunk to allow the storage of "commercial" goods. hence the name Commerciale.

Citroen Traction Avant is an executive car (British term for an auto larger than family car) produced by the French from 1934-1957 approx. 760. 00 were produced.
The Citroen 11 CV Model was produced from 1934-1957.
The 11 BC (commericale) version featured a one-piece top-hinged tailgate and was re-introduced when it resumed production in 1954 after being suspended during WW 2.
Traction Avant translates to Front-Wheel Drive
Citreon pioneered 3 revolutionary features that are still in use today- (1) Unitary Body with no Separate Frame (2) 4-Wheel Independent Suspension (3) FWD
