1970 mini clubman estate. one previous owner. very rare find. 21633 original miles. may go up slightly. due to occasional use.  superb condition inside and out. Been dry stored for 10 years. mot till march 2014. after been dry stored only needed exhaust and break pipe for mot. Man who did mot said the car had never been welded and was in excellent condition for a 43yr old car. taxed until March 2014. tax excempt. Original log book and hand book. all mot certificates up till dry storage. original reciept when car was purchased new. also a petrol ration book when car was purchased new petrol was on short supply so was rationed. The car is in overall excellent condition with the odd chip and scratch of a car 43yrs of age. if this car has ever had paint  it hasnt been in the last 12 years.
