this is a 1995 rover mini cooper comes with all import papers etc will need rebuild started playing with it but just dont have time and as you see sittin in corner of workshop so need the space this will come up real nice when done and be worth a few dollars needs to go so bid away

What else can you tell me about it, was it running ok when it was last parked? Is this the model with an airbag in the steering wheel? Does it have a manual gearbox?
