VW Beetle Cabriolet 1303 LHD 1600. 1976. Black. USA spec. imported in 1994. Twin carb in gloss black with special plate VIW 5757
MOT until End July 2017. Will be tax free from April 2017. £6300 No offers please.
Lovely car. starts brilliantly. very smooth drive. solid. Always garaged. Lots spent by previous owner. BRM replicas with very good tyres. Original seats re-trimmed in black leather. New carpet set. Twin carb conversion by Reichspeed VW (£1500)Battery master kill switch. Becker CD Radio. Kenwood amp fitted behind rear seat. Electric washer bottle. Brand new Sonneland black hood bag (£275). Recent anti roll bar fitted for MOT. New rear bumper and boot chrome. New mirror.
Not so good points. See photos. Could do with paint improvements or re-spray. Oil light comes on regularly but not sure why. Tear in roof (see photo) both sides. Can be professionally repaired but new roof may be preferred in the long term. Interior nice but dash needs tidying. A few blemishes here and there which need doing.
