Here we have a great BMW E 28 525 e – first registered in April 1987.
Subject to extensive investment. the car is a real head-turner.

Lowered with an Apex Spring Kit and complete with a full stainless steel exhaust (straight through with one box).

The following work has been carried out within the last year:

Full overhaul and clean of all brake linkages
Brake shoes
New Beru Fan Coupling
New water pump
New cam belt
Dashboard replaced – no cracks
Replacement driver's seat – perfect condition and matching the excellent condition blue check cloth interior throughout
Replacement sunroof lever
Period Blaupunkt radio
Period steering wheel
Replace missing Electric window manual override in tool kit
Rear differential mounting
Both front callipers – Used
Timing belt and tensioner
Engine oil
Engine oil pressure sensor
Sump plug
Distributor cap
Rotor arm

Bodywork is good - a few marks. here and there and a small dent on the driver's side wing.

This wing is probably the next to attend to.

There are a few typical surface rust bubbles in the area around the rear number plate.
The car has been used as a daily driver. including regular trips from my home in North Yorkshire to Oxfordshire.

The MOT is to 05 January 2017 and mileage is currently at 125 K.

I have subsequently acquired another E 28 and have reluctantly decided that I'm better to focus on one. rather than two.
This car has been extensively improved and requires only a little more to get it up to 100%.
