Introduced in 1981. the E 28 ran the usual range of BMW engines and specs.

The top of the regular production model range. the M 535 i uses the drivetrain from the 535 i plus M-Technic suspension. wheels and body panels not found on the standard 535 i. It also benefitted from Motronic fuel injection. The M 535 i was assembled on the standard E 28 assembly lines in Dingolfing and Rosslyn.

This particular car is resplendent in new black paint and fitted with Shiztner cross spoke alloy wheels and new tyres. (original wheels available).

There is an impressive history file showing considerable expense throughout it's cherished lifetime. testament to the very fine condition of the car.
