1991 VOLKSWAGEN MK2 mark2 GOLF GTI 8v WHITE for sale

Here we have for sale a MK 2 Golf GTI 8 Valve in contrasting white and black. this car was recommissioned earlier this year including full service and Timing belt replacement.
We sold this to one of our customers who wanted to relive his youth by driving a proper GTI but having run newer cars for a number of years (last being an M 3) came to the realization that cars have moved on with refinment so planned on using the car as a toy but with family commitments has decided to get something more modern. must have liked the golf though as they have bought an R 32!!.
So back to the car. it is almost standard apart from being lowered and having BBS cross spoke alloys (unfortunately caps are missing). Its an attractive looking car and drives very well . the engine pulls strongly and the car gets attention wherever its driven.
The interior is nice and tidy . the drivers bolster is slightly worn and headlining is starting to sag in the rear but it is a 25 year old golf.
This is a nice usable mk 2 which could be put back to standard easily or modify to your own tastes ready for next years shows.
