Comes with original service book. all stamps but 1 from main dealer or Mercedes specialists. up to 47000 mls.
The car had a set of new Bosch spark plugs fitted this summer for MOT. new air filter and a new set of high tension ignition leads at the 1. August. and had new rubber trim below the windscreen (common problem with all W 126 as getting very ugly looking and now not available any more from Mercedes). and the 300 SE had new brake pads front and rear.
Drives like a dream now !

The cars steering. suspension. brakes. engine. gearbox. all perform superbly !
3 previous owners Stunning car in beautiful condition. 1 light scratch in one rear door (pictured). not very noticeable. might almost polish out. otherwise excellent bodywork. no other dents. scratches or rust on paintwork. not even any stone chips in the bonnet.
Solid as a rock and never been welded underneath.
Just changed the front wheel and looked at the jacking point which is often rotten on this model. still looks as its new on this car !
Not so good points:
Minor bubbling in rear bumper chrome. Front bumper still looks like new !!1 rear speaker pod on top of parcel shelf has crack in it. There are 2 tiny pin sized holes in drivers seat bottom . about 2 mm diameter. only noticed them after owning the car already for a week.
the passenger seats. door trim. wood trim on dashboard and doors. and headlining are in excellent condition.
Central locking is sometimes not locking on 1 rear door. but always unlocks all doors. will probably improve with more regular use.
Engine is totally quiet as you would expect for this super low mls and gearbox performs fantastic!!
This S-class Mercedes was the price of an average house in England in 1990 and there was a reason for that !!!Not the cheaply built rubbish which Mercedes is fabricating nowadays which breaks down 1 or 2 times a year !
No Leather but much more user friendly as the cloth is not getting hot in the summer or ice cold in the winter. plus Leather tends to change the colour and looks terrible if it gets moist in the winter. had a BMW once and had to pay £1000 to get all the Leather reconnolised due to mould destroying the Leather finish in the winter storage. while cloth seats just need a clean with upholstery cleaner or steam clean if they get mouldy.
The 300 SE had new Mot with 0 advisories this summer! !

Will surely in a few years be worth £10. 00 with this mileage but running out of space to store it hence the sale.
