Up for auction is a 1973 Dodge Charger SE.   The car is in very good condition.   It is a solid clean car with no rust.   There are some trim pieces missing from the body. but I have them. I was holding off on having them installed as I intended to restore it.   It has approximately 89K miles.

I have put a low reserve on the Charger.   I want to let it go. but at the same time. I do not want to give it away.

Here are a few of the spec:

·        400-4V engine

·        Automatic 727 Torqueflite transmission

·        Dual Exhaust

·        Air Conditioning (currently does not work)

·        Rear Window Defogger

·        AM Radio

·        Bucket Seats

I intended to restore it. but I am running out of room and time. considering I currently have three vehicles in various stages of restoration.

As part of the restoration. I was intending to do away with the “SE” look.   A Charger is supposed to be a car with an attitude.   To me. the SE does not have an attitude.   So I was going to do away with those SE items and replace it with standard 1973 Charger items. i. e. . bumper. front grille. etc.   It has bucket seats but the shifter is in the column.   I was planning on moving it to the floor.   Buckets seats and a column shifter just does not seem right to me.   I was also going to do away with the rear quarter window louvers.   I was not going to make a lot of modifications to the drive train. but enough to help it express its attitude.   Then I was going to top it off with the exterior being black and all white interior.

I have many of the parts to “convert” it to a “standard” 1973 Charger

·        Non-SE Front Grilles

·        Non-SE Bumper

·        All Wheel Well Lip Moldings

·        Complete Console Shifter Linkage/Assembly for a Console Shifter

·        Floor Console

·        New Tail Light Lenses

·        Front Parking Light Assemblies

·        Numerous other NOS. new. or used parts

These parts are included in this auction so you can convert it to a Charger with some attitude.
