1964 Chevrolet Corvette

1964 corvette

327 300 HP 4 speed original.

unrestored. except paint.

Same family owned since 1968 until recently. was sold new in merced california. This is not your average 64 vette here is why. It is very original except refinished in its original color silver/blue
Engine*

Has never been out of car. still has its original chevy orange paint from the factory on it. so of course it numbers matching. *And It runs amazingly perfect. starts easy. Idles smooth. smooth acceleration. no ticking. sound very good. has been maintained to be drive able over the years. factory 4 bl has recently been rebuilt. It is very impressive for a 52 year old engine.

parts that have to be replaced over the years such as water pump. alternator tune ups etc. have been.

most parts on engine are original such as 4 bl. distributor original. air cleaner original. * 4 speed & shifter is also original works good & shifts smoothclutch has been replaced. overall* it runs & drives very good)

brakes wheel brgs etc has been replaced as needed* undercarriage & frame are very nice no rust on frame looks perfect. eng. rans underneath is untouched since new never power washed underneath. so of course it has a grease/oil patina on eng/trans
Interior* (all original)

headliner/visors nice. dash pad is in perfect condition. am/fm factory works good. seats original in good condition for age could but not perfect. door panels are really nice. carpet is original redyed was faded.

Gauges all work. except odometer showing 59 k miles. speedometer does work. horn wipers. lights all work. has current inspection sticker

*still has its bias ply spare under it. *still has the original key *still has the original floor mats & owners manual*Interior all original every stitch. factory am/fm works
*all glass original including windshield no chips*engine never been out of car. orig paint on eng
* original muncie 4 speed & shifter. shifts smooth
* engine runs absolutely perfect. very impressive

The factory color silver/blue metallic w/clear coat. paint job was professionally done. show car quality. Not a cheap job.

The chrome trim around w/shield & back glass is in excellent original condition. door handles & mirrors also very nice front bumpers very nice. rear bumpers fair. right side showing its age. *There only original once. cars like this don't come up for sale everyday. It could be forever waiting for a nice original midyear
