Ok so I'm relisting this as I'm about to exchange contracts on the sale of my house due to divorce. I guess it's a last chance. otherwise I'll have to pay for storage? Welcome to the sale of 2 x Alvis TD21's both fixed head coupe's and both series 2 (1963). The model originally in Alice Blue is currently part way through restoration and the green one has been used as a donor and guide. I have a large stock of parts. to help finish the car and as you can see from the photo. it was fairly complete. I have the engine out of the green one that we did have running. the other is seized I believe. I also have the very hard to find ZF 5 speed gearbox to put in the car as was originally fitted. though not original box. There is a very full existing folder dating back to 1970 with every bill from RedTriangle. plus I have bills of over £20. 00 that I have spent having the body removed and panels. made and replaced. The body now sits on a stand primed ready to be prepared for paint. The chassis has been restored and protected. We have started to rebuild with all genuine Red Triangle parts (suspension etc). The interior is also in blue and will require some work. Doors. bonnet and boot panels all in aluminium so good condition. Unfortunately this is a very hard sale to make and it's only due to a divorce that I'm having to sell my house and my beloved Alvis. I have set a reserve. so that I am able to see the interest in the cars and adjust accordingly. Although I do understand there would have to be negotiating on price. I have to see these cars sold as will more than likely not have the room or finances to finish project in the coming future. I must point out that the green car is probably beyond restoring. I would advise inspection to see all the parts I have and I can show you lots of photos of the work we have carried out. I'm based between Yeovil Somerset and Dorchester. Dorset.
