1948 International Pickup Truck KB 2 Series
Listed here is a rare "in comparison to Fords. Chevs. etc. " nice 48 International pickup KB 2 Green Diamond 6 series.
I recently bought this on e Bay to turn into my daily driver with my business logo on it. but came across a vehicle I can't pass up so here it goes.
This is a rust-free eastern Washington truck. taken to New York 3 years ago to join another truck collection. and is now back in the Northwest.
A true 53 k original truck…one family until 2013. There was one repaint in the 1980 s - original green.
Listed is what I've done in 6 weeks to get it ready for driving:
Wet sanded with 1500 and brought paint back to what you see…Still has minor blemishes. which would be expected for a 30 year old pain job.
New seat. door panels. headliner. floor mat kit
New whites on original wheels
New exhaust system
New brakes. with all fluids changed and a lube job
Duel tail-lights from Rodtique (custom stainless set)
Detailed motor. with new wires. plugs. cap. etc.
12 volt system with alternator. all gauges work.
This truck came stock with dual electric wipers. rear chrome bumper. and dual interior visors
All glass good. windshield cranks out etc.
What truck needs finished:
Hook up turn signals. new windshield rubber around frame (about 75. 00 and a couple hours)
Starts. stops. and purrs at idle… Just recently drove it to DMV for title paperwork about 20 miles roundtrip in traffic with no issues.
I do not oversell my vehicles - honest descriptions. What you see in the photos is what you get. And I welcome phone calls from serious bidders. Recently. sold my 1938 Dodge Pickup and buyer couldn't say enough about the transaction.
