Absolutely stunning Daimler 250 V 8 column shift without a clutch foot pedal. This car is really beautiful. the exterior is a fantastic Champagne gold colour which suits the car very well. The paint is excellent for the most part. although there are some slight imperfections conducive of age and use. The worst part being a little bit of bubbling on the rear off side wing on the top. the odd little mark on the tailgate. it is not noticeable in some lights. you really have to look. Other than this the finish is glass like and polishes to a mirror shine. The sills and underneath are rock solid. engine bay is fantastic. The engine is smooth as can be. as is the gearbox. The interior has a delicious patina. I really would not change a thing. The leather is supple and soft without tears but some age related cracks. the top of the dash. main facia and wooden door trims are all almost perfect. It has a good headlining also. Door gaps are good. sill plates look nice as I know they can look tatty and have scrapes from badly fitted or sagging doors. The chrome is generally solid. The bumpers polish up well. the light surrounds are like new. the rest of the chrome has some pitting but is well above average. I must say I am being hyper critical with chrome as I know people are funny about it as it is expensive to renew or have re-chromed. However I do have a good re-chromer who can do any parts you desire for a very reasonable price. it is just not something I would personally do to this car for another 5 years. There is a full history. 2 folders worth. which includes receipts from the UK and some from Ireland. Currently on Irish plates. was on a UK plate. still has them in the boot. It is free to change back. All the tools seem to be there in the boot area. including the original spare wheel. We will be putting a fresh MOT on for the winning bidder if required. To sum up this is a fantastic driving vehicle with grace and beauty yet to be challenged. Deposit to hold. then cash or bank transfer on collection. Car can be viewed in my warehouse.
