The Volvo 240 series came into being in 1974 with more than 2. 8 million units sold worldwide. It was designed by Jan Wilsgaard as was it's predecessor the Volvo 140. It overlapped production of the Volvo 700 series introduced in 1982. As the 240 remained popular. production didn't end until on 14 May 1993 after nearly 20 years.
This particular 240 GLT is in excellent condition throughout having been through a very sympathetic restoration in our classic car workshops. in pristine white with fantastic blue velour trim.

With much of the bodywork. underside. wheels and trim having been refurbished. this car is now in fine order and represents an excellent investment.

With these models becoming increasingly difficult to find and recently coming into vogue as 'one to watch' in classic car circles. it surely represents an excellent but usable investment.
