Datsun 240z 1972. Imported from California. The yellow bodywork looks amazing and really suits the cars lines. Interior looks really nice as well with new carpets and seats and all the factory vinyl brilliantly preserved. Has the correct uk/euro amber rear lights (really hard to find and very expensive).


Has a 5 speed gearbox which is lovely through all the gears (it's the s13 gearbox which is a great improvement on the older one). Rear brake disc conversion. Electronic ignition. 3. 9 ratio diff which mates to the 5 speed nicely. Period correct Janspeed sports 6-1 exhaust manifold and system which i had blasted and painted and looks and sounds great. New shock absorbers and sports progressive road springs all round so the car sits nicely and is not too hard or trashy and soaks the bumps up well. Has a ST rear anti roll bar fitted . s the usa cars never had a one fitted. and the car handles great. Engine is strong and has good compression on all the cylinders (a bit lumpy on cold start but nice and smooth after a few mins. so carbs maybe could do with setting up).

As you can see in pictures the car just looks gorgeous.


Front and rear new strut braces fit. K & N engine breather filters fitted. New wheels with polished lips look amazing on the car. Probably more stuff i've not listed but basically it's a real head turner and a great looking and driving car. I've another new toy arrived from the states so sadly this has to go.

UK V5 supplied and UK mot'd only a couple of months ago.
