Beautiful 1969 Royal Blue TR 6. Mohair Hood. 150 hp fuel injected car with rebuilt stage 3 motor and head by Enginuity in Surrey. stainless header and twin pipe stainless system. chassis is in extremely good order and car has been dry stored for virtually 4 years. I purchased her after a very bad motorcycle accident in 2012 and realized I had almost died and never owned one of my favorite cars of all time. i have lost the storage space I have and never get time to use her as I do a lot of track days in my GTR Nissan so the car is somewhat wasted and I would really like to see her go to a good home. I have had to sort a few small niggles as one always gets when cars are stored but she will come with new MOT and I will make sure she is ready to go. Car comes with a folder of comprehensive service history and all old MOT's. V 5 present. Vehicle comes with triumph shop manual and a beautiful Walnut veneer dash and door cappings (see pics)
If I had to fault the car it needs 2 genuine door panels (interior) as it has some strange home made ones and the grill has been changed to accept 2 spotlights. to be ultra fussy maybe 2 new seat covers but this is to bring it to a top notch car. the mohair hood is lovely and she starts first time every time. its actually extremely economical on a run. Any Q's call John 07807 565397. I would describe the car as being in Grade 2 condition with a few period modifications (spotlights. Kenlowe and an electric heater with associated non stock switches) It has a tonneau cover for both the whole passenger compartment and for just the hood although ive never used either. also and apparently rarely all the boot panels are present. I have more pics but am unable to put up more than 12. I really would prefer bidders to view before bidding but I feel the car is accurately described and drives extremely well. tidy enough to use for rest of the season and with some work over winter easy to make into a grade 1 car.
