Driving it….
Not for the faint hearted. It's not undersealed (to save weight as it's heavy stuff) and has no inner-wings (because of the Carbon front and again. weight) so it only comes out in the dry and so I can't comment on tractability in the wet. but as it has a free diff. you have to graduate the throttle out of roundabouts or it wants the light the inside wheel up at every available opportunity! The engine is ‘cammy' having this sort of power out of a 5 port. It's at home stormin' B roads with little traffic. That said. it'll sit cool in traffic and on the motorway too - 75-80° at all times thanks to it's oversized cooling pack (but being so low geared. I don't advise long motorway stints. ) It wasn't built for the daily commute - 30mph traffic around town off-cam. It wants to GO! It's a point-to-point car. an AWSOME one!
I would advise trailering it away. Although I'm confident it would make it to its new home under its own steam with ease (it's been across the penines a couple of times). I wouldn't trust the weather to hold and would hate to see rust set in.
Bad PointsNeeds tracking (but tyres not seen enough miles for exagorated wear!)One rear seam cover strip missing. Some micro-blistering to carbon front (not bonnet. )Few scratches at base of 'A' pillars. where carbon front detaches.
Just MOT'd 16/08/16 - no advisories. Oil & filter changed last weekend (as seen in picture) New owner wont be disappointed. More photos available on request. Happy to answer any questions on the car. it really is a beaut.
