1965 GMC 1000 Stepside for sale
Current customer rating:
1965 GMC Step Side Pickup with Older 350 Engine and 4 Speed Manual Transmission. Great For Restoration.
The truck is in Great physical shape for a 1965.
Haven't seen any rust holes but the last three pictures show small rust areas.
The floor is Solid and there are no dents or body damage.
The bed is a steel sheet and the wood will need restoration.
The truck was driven until put up about 8 years ago.
4 Speed with Creeper Gear works fine and the lower half of the Older 350 has been Rebuilt.
The Top half was not done and should have a valve job to complete the engine.
The Starter and Alternator have been stolen and after all these years the Carburetor will need work.
Also the Left Taillight is broken. The brakes go to the floor so are likely froze up or rusted.
Towed it to my Cousins house and it steered well.
Glass is all good and the tires are all old and need replacing.
Bought it as a favor from a lady friend that drove it everyday before she remarried.
Attempted to mention all problem areas but this is a very Solid Truck and will be Great to Rebuild/Restore.
Please Email any questions and/or for new/more pictures. if you wish.
