EXTERIOR
This early 635 CSi is finished in a beautiful metallic Sapphire Blue. The car has been shown at Concours events over the years so has always been treated to the finest car care products to keep the paint in first class condition. The owner was a member of the BMW car club and the stickers are still displayed in the windows. Absolutely no negatives to report. none of the plastic trim has faded and all the chrome looks as good as the day it left the factory. All the original stripes are still in place and it is fitted with a very rare factory rear spoiler.

INTERIOR
Again the interior is in near perfect condition. there is no major wear to any of the leather and the carpets are still protected by the original BMW over-mats. None of the plastic trim has been damaged and all the controls work as they should. The boot has a pale grey carpet that looks brand new. all the tools are still present and correct including the original BMW duster and light bulb kit. The car also has the factory fitted sports steering wheel which is a very rare and desirable option.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The car is in excellent mechanical order. it covered most of its 32. 58 miles in its early years and has since been in light regular use more recently. keeping everything free and moving. The 635CSi has plenty of performance and this example still pulls well under load and the auto gear box provides a seamless change.

WHEELS. TYRES & BRAKES
This E24 was fitted at the factory with the desirable BBS MAHLE alloy wheels that all remain in excellent condition. They are all shod in brand new tyres that have minimal wear. The disc brakes all round provide plenty of stopping power. again minimal wear to the discs and pads and the car pulls up quickly in a straight line.

HISTORY FILE
This E24 was first registered in June 1980 and comes with its original service book that shows a fully stamped BMW service history with 11 stamps to 29. 85 miles. it then had a service done at a well known BMW specialist at 29. 81 miles. Many cars with such low mileage have normally spent considerable time in storage but this 635 has been kept in fairly regular use which is kinder on moving and mechanical parts. As well as the service book the car comes with a file full of all the old BMW service receipts and most of the MOT certificates. so it's easy to trace the mileage over the years.

The original BMW document holder is also with the car that contains all the owners manual and all the spare keys. There are also some of the marking sheets from previous Concours events.
