EQUIPMENT
Electric sliding sunroof. Highline equipment. Headlight wash wipe. BMW comfort seats. Rear seat headrests. Interior headlight adjust. Rear window blind. Memory electric seats. Air conditioning. Electric mirrors. Rear spoiler. Remote central locking. Alpine music system.

EXTERIOR
This Highline is finished in Diamond black metallic which is a great combination with the cream leather. The body is in excellent condition with no rust in any of the usual E24 weak spots. The paintwork still has a deep shine and none of the plastic or chrome trim has been damaged. The only negative point being a few stone chips to the front of the car.

INTERIOR
This example is fitted with the comfort seats and being a Highline everything else is also trimmed in the same soft natural leather. There is no wear or damage and everything works as it should. The current owner has fitted a very expensive Alpine stereo install by 'Auto Audio' in London at a cost of over 8k in 2008. The head unit has satellite navigation. runs a 12 disk changer and can be hooked up to an ipod. There is a Genesis amplifier in the boot that runs upgraded speakers throughout the car and Hybrid woofer.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
This 635 CSi has only covered 73. 15 miles and has an excellent service history so as you would expect the mechanics are in fine order. The engine is very smooth. providing plenty of performance and reasonable fuel economy. The current owner has had a stainless steel exhaust system fitted. it should last a life time and is no louder than standard.

WHEELS. TYRES & BRAKES
The current owner has changed the standard wheels for a set of very similar BMW wheels that will fit standard 16" tyres. The benefit to this is that you can use a much more modern tyre that costs considerably less than the TRX tyres. The current tyres are Michelin's all round which all have plenty of tread left. All the disks and pads have recently been replaced. The shocks have been upgraded to the Bilstein shocks that are fitted to the M635CSi.

HISTORY FILE
This Highline was first registered in May 1990 and the important running in service was done later that year. All the early service work was carried out by BMW which is all documented in the history file and stamped in the service book. Since then the car has mainly been looked after by the same specialist garage in London. all the receipts have been kept detailing all the work that that has been carried out. Despite the low mileage the car has been serviced 16 times over the last 20 years.
