Due to house move and family health problems I have decided to sell my projects which some I have been working on for many years.
This is a Messerschmitt KR 200 with the Sport conversion kit fitted. this was an actual model in the 1960's and the parts were available to convert the KR 200 into a Sport. these part have been reproduced.
I acquired many years ago and started this after I had restored one KR 200 for myself and another for a friend.
I have fitted a new floor. side panels. Nose floor. firewall. rear seat uprights. upper sport panels. Fly screen panel. Fly screen which I made. along with the fuel tank straps. A Tonneau support is fitted and removable as required. A sport seat is fitted which is lower and does not raise up as in the KR 200.
I have welded (Qualified Welder) and seam sealed all the floor and side panels and painted the shell in primer.
The front wing are new handmade in steel they are a perfect fit and they are exactly the same dimensions as the originals one is complete and the requires a few of the imperfections rubbing down and filling to get a perfect finish and shape.
All the trims and bumper have been fitted. I was just not happy with R\H wheel arch trim so there is a replacement trim that requires fitting.
There are new mirrors. brake light and switch. four dash lamps. good S/H indicators and rear lamps. wing lamps. two torpedo lamps with chrome rims and white lens two red lens provided. S/H Speedometer. ignition switch and key. and a fibreglass rear mudguard the brackets are available from the MOC.
There is a new rubber mat and a full interior trim set for a Sport all "NEW" boxed up and ready to fit.
Other parts include front and rear Suspension with "NEW" suspension units. chain case final drive. steering column and bar. three second hand wheels. 1 engine part stripped.
I am currently at home so viewing is available. more photographs including the build up are available.
