MGB Roadster 1950cc for sale
Current customer rating:
Great looking MGB Roadster in Old English White with beige leather. original 1971 Chrome Bumper model benefitting from Historical Vehicle road tax exempt status. and without doubt the best 4 cylinder MGB I've driven.
The car had a body restoration in the 90's with a photographic record. and subsequently the car had little use and was dry stored for many years. recommissioned in 2014 with lots of documented history.
The car benefits from a 1950 cc engine (also shown on log book). sports camshaft. carbs have been set up to suit and has auxiliary electric cooling fan for the radiator. The manual gearbox has overdrive on 3 rd & 4 th gears and has the desirable ‘Banjo' axle fitted. Suspension is polybushed and uprated although this does not compromise the ride. but adds to a very enjoyable and planted driving experience.
The interior is with cream leather with contrasting piping. dashboard is veneered and has the hood in good condition. with the early type frame which means this can be stowed in the boot which really improves the look of the car.
The grey Minilite replica alloys have polished rims shod with new Yokohama tyres all round.
This is great looking MGB Roadster with upgrades to improve the performance and driving experience with values rising steadily makes a great buy & sound investment.
