where to start I got this bad boy about 3 years ago of a little old man in London who had owned it from new. yes he bought it from new back in 1969 it left the production line on the 12 of june and then left the factory in germany on the 26 of june 1969 its destination was Porsche. in the Philippines it stayed there for 36 years. it came to London by container with the wrest of his stuf wen he moved here in 20006 I spent a long time with this old man talking about the truck and its life. its had an easy life was just used as a car taking the kids to school shopping and fetching hay for the animals as he leaved on a farm back there. as we all no the Philippines is a very dry country so this truck is in amazing condition / solid I have dun a lot to it as in new front suspension all new steering box socks rubbers breaks front and back. y so much work on the running gear. the roads there r not that great now so can only imagine wat thy was like back in 1969 he did say it was a rough terrain back in the day and not much better now . I have put a 1776 cc engine in so keeps up with every day traffic you no how the 1. 6 vw engine is a bit slow at pulling of and takes about a week to get to 50 well not now I have lots of paperwork with this truck also it only had a few thousand klm on the clock wen I got it but I changed the clock to a mph I have no proof of this apart from I have a old mot from 2007 with 12469 miles on it so I think u can call it a low mileage truck I also have a auto museum certificate with the truck a bit like a birth certificate a nice little touch feel free to make me a offer u never no your look thank you for taking your time to look I have this truck advertised elsewhere so I have the right to remove it at any time if you need any moor information please call on 2
