1967 LOTUS ELAN SERIES 3 SE Convertible, RESTORED IN 1980, Still a very nice car for sale

1967 Lotus Elan series 3 SE Convertible.
Dry stored from 1983-2013. restored in 1980 including new original chassis which is not rusty. Small valve convertible with wide wings and 6" revolution wheels. Paint is now 35 years old and there is some crazing. but not much. it is still a VERY nice car. Vin # 45/7072
This car drives superbly. fast and fun. as an Elan should be!
Details:Comes with a Lenham hardtop which has never been fitted/trimmed properly to fit. so like new. Soft top is in excellent condition. All new brakes including calipers. ervo. master cylinder etc. All springs and shocks new. fronts are adjustable New uprated radiator and twin fans New clutch hydraulics Poly bushes New coolant hoses Driveshafts without donuts Stainless exhaust Lumenition electronic ignition Leather trim 4 speed close ratio gearbox Alloy fuel tank Battery cutout behind LH seat Rollbar fitted but not FIACarbs jetted as Elan Sprint Heater cable missing L 2 cams fitted Lots of history. Indicated mileage is 54109 at present
Fault:For some reason you need to turn ignition on/off a few times to discharge the headlamp pressure.
